What is it?
A mobile experience designed to keep in-store consumers entertained during long holiday lines at Gap, with the goal of preventing customers from abandoning their carts. Accessible via a text link, the experience featured a fun word scramble game that culminated in a coupon they could use that day, offering a delightful way to pass the time while shopping.
What did I do?
This concept was my idea, and I was the lead designer responsible for both the concept and execution of the mobile experience. I designed the entire flow, ensuring it was engaging, simple to access, and aligned with the festive spirit of the holiday season.
What were the results?
The experience provided customers with an engaging distraction, helping to reduce cart abandonment and driving increased in-store interaction. By offering an immediate reward with a coupon, it contributed to boosting sales during the busy holiday season.
