What is it?

A mobile experience designed to surprise and delight PetSmart customers by letting pet owners know whether their pets made it onto the "naughty" or "nice" list. The experience personalized the customer journey, providing an interactive and fun way for users to engage with the brand, and rewarded them with a coupon as a thank-you for participating.

What did I do?

The concept for the experience was my idea, and I was responsible for its execution from start to finish. I designed the flow and interactive elements to ensure it was engaging and user-friendly, aligning the experience with PetSmart’s branding and holiday goals.

What were the results?
