What is it?

An integrated marketing campaign for Amazon Go aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer trial, and emphasizing the unique “Just Walk Out” (JWO) experience to busy, on-the-move consumers in major U.S. cities.

What did I do?

As the lead designer, I developed the campaign’s visual identity and partnered with a copywriter to craft a compelling narrative. I collaborated with creative leadership and internal stakeholders through weekly presentations to ensure alignment across digital and in-store touchpoints.

What were the results?

The campaign successfully generated 11K new sessions from October to December, contributing to Amazon Go’s broader goal of acquiring 363K new sessions in 2022. The campaign’s strategic messaging around the excitement of the JWO experience helped differentiate Amazon Go from traditional convenience stores, fostering brand loyalty and repeat visits.
